Terminal Handling

Facility

Ospentos operates two air cargo terminals located in Tallinn Airport (TLL), both having air-side and land-side access. The total terminal area is 2 100 sqm. Facilities are bonded and can handle both, loose and ULD-cargo. Special areas are available for temperature controlled cargo, dangerous goods and valuables.

ULD handling

ULD handling area is designed for efficient build-up / break-down, weight establish, storage, ramp release and ULD trucking. All conditons are available to provide terminal Handling for wide-body all-cargo freighter flights.

Operation

The whole cargo terminal operation is processed and monitored by an advanced IT-system Q-Step (https://qstep.eu) The system is capable of handling e-freight and fully integrated with customer airlines, RFS providers, freight forwarders and also customs.

Cargo terminal operating and cargo acceptance hours are Monday – Sunday 06:00 – 24:00
Customer service opening hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00

Security

Terminal is equipped with cargo screening and explosive trace detection devices. Staff is fully licensed to perform air cargo and air mail security checks.
